Diesel Tuning for commonrail engines



How it works:

Fuel consumption is reduced in the vast majority of cases provided that the original driving style is maintained. To attain a further reduction in fuel consumption, we recommend you fit a sport air filter. Doing this, you also give your vehicle “a bit more air”. The exhaust gas levels of the optimised vehicle do not change.

The performance tuning offered by us is designed for a torque and maximum output boost in the lower and middle speed ranges. Nevertheless, maximum speed is increased in practically all vehicles, since the torque is also increased here. The increase amounts to approx. 5-15 km/h depending on the vehicle.

The performance tuning is tuned in such a way so that none of the limit values of the vehicle or the engine and all related components are exceeded. Although the performance increase can be very clearly felt by the driver, our boxes work constantly in the power reserves of the engine parts and add-on parts. Extra service on the engine are not necessary.

For the purpose of completeness, we would like to point out that after technical alterations the Vehicle Type Approval expires, or else a new inspection in accordance with § 19/2 StVZO (German Licensing Regulations) becomes necessary.



Installation:

The installation can be easily accomplished by technically talented persons. 
A detailed fitting instruction is attached with the tuning box. 

1. Switch off the ignition. Remove the screws for the engine cover.

2. Open the connection of the rail sensor. 

3. Put the provided wiring harness between the opened connection. 

4. Connect the tuning box with the 15-pol. plug of the wiring harness. 

5. The box must be water-protected. 

6. Close the engine cover.

Diesel Tuning for VP44 diesel engines

    for Toyota KZT-E Hilux/Landcruiser, Nissan Patrol/Navara 3L DI, 
                          Holden Rodeo 3.0 TDI engines



How it works:

This electronic device is used in vehicles with the VP44 direct injection pump system. The microprocessors change and optimize the control of the diesel pump. Since the VP44 injection pump is used over a groad range of engine outputs (from 75 to over 180 hp), very high increases can be achieved. The box increases the power by optimizing the high pressure flow valve.


For the purpose of completeness, we would like to point out that after technical alterations the Vehicle Type Approval expires, or else a new inspection in accordance with § 19/2 StVZO (German Licensing Regulations) becomes necessary.



Installation:

The unit have NOT a plug-in connection (different like the commonrail tuning boxes). That means, the box must connect directly at the battery, the diesel pump and the ECU or the gaspedal sensor - but all without soldering.
